Prenatal spa treatments
for a serene pregnancy

Pregnancy is a wonderful time, but it can also cause a lot of stress and fatigue. To help get ready for baby’s arrival and to let the mom-to-be relax, a special treatment for pregnant women is a good way to help yourself feel good and get ready for the big day. Please note that prenatal spa treatments should only done during the second trimester and require your doctor’s approval.

Thalassotherapy to soothe
pregnancy-related issues

If pregnancy is causing you back pain, muscle tension, or circulatory problems, especially in your legs, thalassotherapy can have many benefits for pregnant women thanks to the trace elements and minerals present in seawater. But spa treatments do more than just alleviate physical symptoms; they also help boost morale! The beauty treatments and the particularly cosy environment of the Île de la Lagune hotel help you recharge your batteries, feel the good “vibrations” and get all the calm you seek.

A half-day just for pregnant women

This special half-day “pregnant woman” spa treatment includes a hydrojet session,
a 25-minute introduction to our treatment, and a 40-minute relaxing Thai foot massage.

What about after giving birth?

A postnatal thalasso spa treatment gives the new mom some precious time just for herself, allowing her to focus on her recovery after giving birth. Take care of yourself and your body and share some special time with your partner and your new family... The Île de la Lagune thalassotherapy spa offers a range of tailor-made stays, focusing on fitness or fun, beauty or relaxation. The hotel also provides all the facilities you need to care for your baby in complete peace of mind (bathtub, bottle warmer, changing table, etc.)

Coralie and Jean-Patrick share their experience
with the spa treatment for pregnant

Some friends wanted to give us something to celebrate Benjamin’s birth. They were looking for something unique, so they decided to give us a prenatal spa treatment. We spent three days at Île de la Lagune. I was able to enjoy some lovely treatments that left me feeling wonderful. It was also a great idea to spend some alone time together as a couple, before the baby was born. It was a sort of celebration! While I enjoyed my spa treatments, Jean-Patrick relaxed in the marine space and the hammam (which is unfortunately off-limits for pregnant women) and we added a couples’ treatment to our package. It was a fantastic experience! I recommend it to all pregnant women who need a little boost to help them feel good and get ready to have their baby.
